Με χαρά σας ανακοινώνουμε την έναρξη των εγγραφών στο διήμερο event ορεινού τρεξίματος στις 29-30 Οκτωβρίου 2022 που διοργανώνει το Αθλητικό σωματείο αθλητών ορεινού τρεξίματος “ΑΡΚΑΛΟΣ” υπό την αιγίδα του Δήμου Σφακίων και της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης!
Θα περιλαμβάνονται οι αγώνες:
Σάββατο 29/10 → SfakiaSkyMarathon (43km, d+ 3000m!!!)

με εκκίνηση μέσα από το ferry boat με το άνοιγμα του καταπέλτη!
→ Arkalaki run 2021 (1km) παιδικός αγώνας!!!
Πολλές εκπλήξεις περιμένουν τους αθλητές που θα συμμετέχουν στον αγώνα Sfakia Sky Marathon (43km, d+ 3000m):
-> “SEA TO SUMMIT” Θα υπάρχει ξεχωριστή βράβευση για τον αθλητή και την αθλήτρια που θα φτάσουν πρώτοι στην κορυφή των Λευκών Ορέων, Πάχνες σε 2454m υψόμετρο (20km, d+ 2600) και θα τερματίσουν τον αγώνα εντός χρονικού ορίου!
-> “ΦΕΡΕ ΤΟ ΤΥΡΙ” Ένα κεφάλι παραδοσιακή γραβιέρα Κρήτης 3kg παρασκευασμένο με παραδοσιακό τρόπο από τους βοσκούς των Σφακίων θα βρίσκεται στο 25oKm του αγώνα σε υψόμετρο 2000m. Θα το αποκτήσει όποιος αθλητής/τρια επιλέξει πρώτος να το κουβαλήσει (σε ειδικό σάκο) μαζί του μέχρι τον τερματισμό του αγώνα στην Ανώπολη!!!

We are pleased to announce the start of registrations for the two-day mountain running event on 29th and 30stOctober 2022 organized by the Sports Association of mountain running athletes “ARKALOS” under the auspices of the Municipality of Sfakia and the Region of Crete!
Races are as follows:
Saturday 29/10→ 2οSfakia Sky Marathon (43km, d+3000m!!!)

Starting from the ferryboat as soon as the doors open!!
→ Arkalaki run 2022 (1km kids race!!!)
Many surprises await the athletes who will participate in the race Sfakia Sky Marathon (43km, d+3000m):
-> “SEA TO SUMMIT”- There will be a separate award for the first male and female athlete who will reach the top of the White Mountains first, Pachnes at 2454m altitude (20km, d+ 2600) and finish the race within the time limit!
-> “BRING THE CHEESE” A head of traditional graviera of Crete 3kg prepared in a traditional way by the shepherds of Sfakia will be located at 26Km of the race at an altitude of 2000m!!! The first athlete who chooses to carry it (in a special bag) with him until the end of the race in Anopolis will win the challenge and become the owner of the cheese and bag.
